Project Release Policy

Hi, what's the official policy if you want release from project.

There is no policy ๐Ÿ˜‚. If you're useless, then they might keep you for no reason or just say you're getting released in a month. If you're useful, then forget about release, resigning is the only option ๐Ÿ˜‚.

You need to complete 18 months in same project then you are eligible. Note: Manager ka ASHIRWAD zaroory hai.

I asked for a release last Monday. I've been here less than a year, and people have left early as well. It depends on how much they are dependent on you, as for me its direct client handling, so they have made their general excuses.

No policy or rules as such. Go ahead and tell the manager that you want release immediately. After discussion, remember to send email copying HRBP and your managerโ€™s manager.

Follow up every alternate days and they have to release

To my knowledge you can ask for a project release after 1.6 years completed .
