Project Release issue

Due to health reasons, I have asked for project release. Delivery manager as agreed to release me. But the project manager is not approving and also not responding to the mail. Is there anything i can do from my side?

Take the high level guys in the mail. Discuss with HR that ur healtg getting worse, so ask them for somedays leave then discuss issues with doctor/TCS doctor aswell. Ask for release. Then approach for WFH onceu come back from leave.

Really that project manager not capable to take that responsibility... atleast should reply to the email....

Document your health issues and send an email to your project manager, delivery manager, and HR. Follow up regularly. If no response, escalate to higher management and HR.

My health issues are lack of sleep, anxiety due to that I feel very dizzy not able to focus. The place I am staying it's very difficult for me to adjust for that type of food. So I am loosing lot of weight.

How to arrange documents for these issues? TCS doctor told me to work out, gave me sleeping tablets etc

Even I faced the same issue brother, just stop working and relax think as if you are on holiday, after they will only release you. 😅😅

Involve your HR in all your communications along with your medical reports. Even after that your manager has concerns then escalate it to your senior manager to take action. After the EY recent incident government is also serious on such cases

I added HR in the CC mailed it to the manager, even the HR is not responding.

Stop/downgrade your work like you are on notice period. Take as many unplanned sick leave as you can. See the results in 2 weeks.🤓🤓
