Project release issue due to ADC manager endorsement

I had joined one of the account but due to communication gap project is ready to release me but when they initiated the release they are getting the error ' project release can not be initiated because employee is non compliant to ADC Manager endorsement'. Please guide what I should do to be ADC Manager complaint.
