Trending @Wipro; Project release guidance from new project

Hi, I have 10+ years of experience at B2 level and was recently allocated to a new project. After KT, I found it’s mainly a non-technical support role working on charts, emails incidents, with no growth, unrelated to my skills. Continuing may impact my technical expertise and learning path. Could you advise on a smooth release from current project?

Me-I’ve started looking outside as I’m underpaid at Wipro ,.getting very few calls and openings are C2H or other short contracts, after long, I attended 3 interviews call for direct payroll companies and cleared 1, but with a 30-day joining requirement discussed before the interview scheduled. Most companies expecting notice 15 days to 20 days max or immediate joining

Why don't you switch the company

I'm also facing same issue. Working in Support project. Working on dead technology. I want release but I can't quite wipro cause I'm a fresher. What should I do? I don't want to work on dead technology because that won't be of any use while switching. If I ask my manager to release me, he will put me Under PIP. He already told this at the time of onboarding.

People have started quitting in large numbers due to low quality work, no msi, less variable.
