Trending @Wipro; Project Release for Experienced
I’m experienced when I joined in wipro and it’s was 2 years since now in wipro and initially I’m into some project which I worked for one year and got release due to project completion. Now I’m into one more project which I felt it was not much related to my skill set and don’t seem much growth in my career if I continue and I’m want to get release. So is it possible to ask for immediate release other than to wait for 18 months. Anyone pls suggest is there any other process to get release.
Currently I'll suggest don't leave current project until you find the other according to your skills. Coz as of now it's very hard to get new project within 45 days of release. As I got released from my project a month ago but can't get a new project till now as they are not having much req currently. Still trying, so don't take risk rn.
Not sure on this. But i heard that if you ask release from the project by yourself before 18 months from the date of joining for the current project, you will be in lop from the next day you are out of project. But to avoid lop, you can also use leave balance. Check with your hr once
