Project Release Email from RMG Head on 1st Aug with Back dated release Date.
How Many of you received Project Release email from RMG Head on 1st Aug 2025 with back dated release date without providing any earlier notice?
This is happening just like back in 2014. Get back dated release date, reduced allocation, call from HR. Then forced resignation. I know I was in the line of fire back then. Had a close shave.

I got reduced allocation email from ultiamtix on 7th August night with 15th Augustlast date in reduced allocationemail, following email from RMG to contact HR. All within a day. Spoke with and emailed PMO,SDM, both are unaware and SDM asking in email if Program manager of account team can help. Account team must be aware right, then why they are saying they aren't aware, not sure.
Free suggestion, it is ur contacts who will help during ur hard time, not TCS management.
Can someone please tell me the name of accounts?how so many people can get reduced allocation? don't they have much project dependency?also mention yoe,grade and whether lateral or not
