Project Release

Hey Everyone,

I just want to ask that if I raise employee concern related to the project can I get release because I dont want to be in a dead end technology project which is nothing but killing my career.

Please suggest if i can raise employee concern for project release or not and after employee concern can i get project release??

Even if you get released, there is no guarantee you will end up in a good project. Most of the projects in TCS are trash. Better to upskill and switch.

You have to fight for release, raising concern us not that big. N since old tech, they wont leave you , even you raise concern n ask for release.

Repetitive work everyday nothing feels new only working with sql that do dml and ddl Nothing more than that Support project in which only test data creation needs to be done.
