In some days my project will be over and I will be on bench.i am new in cognizant and don't know the process of being on bench.can anybody help me with the process and guide me on how to get new project.also till how many days a associate project can be on bench.

Whenever u get released from the project you will be in associate deployment pool for 28 days and after that your actual bench period starts and after few days may be aging gets started but sometimes it differs by persons.

Yes. On bench you get 35 days and within that period they try to allocate you a project or you need to search a project on your own. If you don't get a project, they ask you to resign and they give you 2 months salary.
