Try finding relevant job in IJP and contact corresponding PM. Explain them that you are train in relevant tech or have relevant tech skills. Don't depend on TPO or HR.

Ijp mein ajeeb criteria hai ek prj ke andar 18 mnths rhena hoga aur woh sbke liye hai koi lateral wala hoga usko bhi 18 mnths spend krna hai

If you have completed 18 months in this project you can apply IJP and once selected, manager has to release you withinh 90 days. Also you can check yammer opening post if you are eligible then they share IJP code with you.

I had same situation 3yrs ago. I have used this option but regretting that why I didn't left org.

Changing project will land you in desired role or tech but monetary benefit may not present.

Try to talk with your HR but if they are still not releasing you then you have to work harder and maintain your relation with your manager otherwise you can get " NI " as a rating and that will lead you to the PIP and that PIP thing is a nightmare. All the best

Wait for one escalation from the client for your work or tell him skillsets are not matching

Speak to HR for the release. If he gives NI it will be more difficult
