Work is good, tasks are challenging enough and I have a good team that I handle. Other projects have asked me to join them but I don't feel their tasks are challenging enough.
For the same pay, why risk all these...?

It is a process that release can be approved to associate if he has been in account for 2 years or more. Once you drop an email, your manager has to ensure you are released in 3 months.

@BestLyrics8 Stop doing work, start taking unplanned leaves, take long breaks, leave the office on time and keep improving your skills. Release is not a cake walk in TCS, I am also in a similar situation.

Release can happen only with backfill on most projects. Also your next project will be within your current unit and can’t jump to other unit. Pls don’t rub with your current project and if you show attitude which might lead to delay only.
