Trending @Accenture; Project Release

Trying very hard to get a project release, but after the connect they are not giving me any clarity. The project manager is not replying to my follow-up emails. Any guidance ? Cleared project interview on the other project as well.

If your other project is ready to absorb you. And have completed 2 years in your current project, you can ask for release. Before that it will be very difficult, even if you start working with less interest they're gonna turn that into you

Better approach, try to set an exit. Saying about family things cannot juggle nowadays blah blah
Create an impression that you want to work but there are challenges. If you are an important asset they will change things. Otherwise you can pitch this to HR and try to get things done.

Last, it's difficult but not impossible

Hi, if you are ready to loose job then only fight else just stay in that project for some time and try to get offer from outside and leave becoz now a days who are asking for release were being kept in pip program (performance improvement) and making them to resign. Situations are not at all good. I understand some projects are really hard which effects our health and overall well being but this is what happening w.r.t current situation in our organization. So please take care and take decision wisely.

What if the resource comes with a clean track record till date in the organisation without any delays or defects till date ?

Yea even we have clean record if they hate you they can do anything by putting you aside from now on and they plan very well and show you as under performer when time comes . It's happening with many people whom I know. They were kept in pip becoz of the only reason they asked release. They are just putting in pip after some months and releasing directly from organization. Here also many people have reported that.

If you are experienced, try to switch. Even I'm facing the same.

Are u getting calls? After applying outside

I’m currently looking for a job change but haven’t been receiving any calls, despite applying consistently on Naukri and LinkedIn.

Hi, there is no way that they will release you because they need to find a replacement for you and then they need to reinvent the wheel again and again. So, instead of training a new resource keeping old resource is favorable for them as you know end to end system and having handson. Give interviews outside and serve 90 days notice period and leave. If you wanted to stay due to other reasons look whether there is any requirement in other project and do research on team, project and kind of work you will get else it will be disastrous for you. If they are ignoring you that means they are not willing to release you anytime soon. So take follow back regularly but don't expect much. Talk to your PMO and see for how much time you have been hardlocked check for the dates and find other project and ask them to hardlock you with that release date.
