My project shift is night shift . Because of which i am facing health issues. And on the top of that macro management is also happening if some work is assigning to me they are expecting to me complete before the deadline i mean i am new to this project and team is also not helping . They are targeting me unnecessarily. So if I will ask my manager for release will be give me NI rating or simply he will release me

I have gone through this, what i did was i completed the task as per my convenience. They will pressure you but tell them this is my best speed for completing a task. If they find it inconvenient they will release you and don't worry about rating even if you get an Outstanding rating it will give you a 12% hike.
Always remember jisne liya tension uski biwi ko mili pension. Toh tension nhi lene ka 😉

If I will get NI rating and after that i will apply RL . So in experience letter will they mention anything about this ? Or during background verification of any other company will it cause a problem for me.

Very high chances that you will get NI Rating and 100% certain that you get release at least for a year

Won't appear in Experience letter but can't say about bgv.. In bgv few companies do reach out to previous employers to seek performance review

The same thing happened to me. I repeatedly emailed and requested for a release, but it was only approved after a year. And despite all that, they gave me a 'NI rating. Given this unfair treatment, I believe switching would be a wise decision."

May not give NI but may not release also…quit dude and find a better company…

When will NI rating come? In performance appraisal cycle right?
