Project release: if you have taken project release what happened after that. What was your reason for taking project release. Did your salary structure change. How are you planning to get new project.
Project chnage doesn’t impact salary structure. There is very little you can do to get a new project of your choice unless you informally scout for it. Else your unit bosses will decide where you will go. And if you made them unhappy while you asked for release you will have that tag always with you. But if you are high performer and asking for release story will be lot better. If 18 months completed then IJP is another option, but not very viable for specialised skillset who are in skills based units. As their skill is not needed in any other unit.
What if do certification for the relevant skill and apply through IJP?
