Project Release and Inquiry About Opportunities & Promotion Prospects

I am seeking a release from my current project and am looking for opportunities in Mumbai, preferably for a Technical Engineer role in M365 and Exchange Administration. I am leaving this project due to family dependencies.

Additionally, I would like to know if there are any chances of a promotion if I move to a new project. I received an A grade for the 2023/24 cycle, but my current manager has indicated that I will be given a B grade this time. What are the chances of securing a promotion in this situation?
