I am in a project related to monitoring work, I was trained in . net, once training got completed I was tagged to a project and the home manager and a Tech lead tricked me to get me in there project by saying some technologies which we don't work at all, now it's been 10 months in the project and I have asked for release but now manager is saying that there is a policy of 2 years and project release will not be given until next year, I have mentioned health issues due to rotational for the reason for release, but still my manager is not accepting. Is there any way to get released
