Project release

Hi, I’m working in Kolkata location, recently I asked for a transfer or release and I’ve completed my 2 years in the same location according to tcs policy but now my manager told me to ask supervisor for this and i want to supervisor and I’ve asked about this he told me to ask my manager about transfer and he suggest me that if transfer is not possible ask him to give you release, same thing I convey this to my manager and then my manager reply that your not working so that I can’t give you release, then i left from there and I ping him like(ok according to you I’m not working na then give me release) now he changed the words like (no I didn’t mention that your not working, your working that’s why I give you B band), after some days I send a mail which I’ve sent before on October 2024 at that time I’ve not completed my 2 years, in that same mail I sent a mail again about this, I didn’t got any response from him.

After few days around 10days I went to him and I asked about the update, he told me that he will give me release, I ask what is the release date he didn’t replied.

After that I send a mail that, can you please give me an update about my release date, then also he changed the words like (I didn’t confirm you that I will give you transfer or release).

Later I went and ask for update, he told me that go and ask supervisor, I ask him. He told me that ok will give you release but I need approval from your Hr that give you a release.

I discuss with my hr and she told me to get approval mail from your supervisor that they are giving you release. Same thing I convey this to my supervisor and he told me that I can’t send any mail and he is saying that no don’t ask me again go and ask your manager.

I didn’t understand what is going on, Can anyone please help me or guide me about this
