Project Release

Hi , I have asked Project release from my project to have better career growth after being in same project for 3 years . But they are not releasing me. They are telling me they will ask my client manager to get me new technology to work on or will give more opportunities and task. But I didn't asked for more task, reality is they are having 3 members only in the team including me . Also due to ODC issues I m not able to report in my Home Town tcs branch. What to do?

I checked thanks! Seems switching is better, as I don't think it's easy now to get new project. It's just going to add up more into the chaos bundle
