Is it possible to get released from the project within the month of joining the project, if yes whom should I contact I have 3.5 years of experience recently joined infosys
Struggle is real 😂 Every lateral who joins here starts with same phrase 🤪 Is your skill set mapped incorrectly with the project or micromanagement or more work load is there ?
Answer would be no mostly , they will say project refusal and will lead to reporting bla blah .. Try and see 3 projects refusal leads to termination/ Hr connects what I heard . 2nd scenario would be even you drop a mail / ping to manager he/ she won’t respond 😂
So look forward to switching again 😜 If you had completed 1 year within infy would have recommended IJP or bridge program.
Other than that Accelerate tasks basically it act as a adhock task where one has to perform specific skills tasks , heard people also get opportunity using this ☺️
