Project release
My manager clearly told me to not release from the project i have explained current work is not matching my skill but he is not understand also told me if you go into the rmg we will have a bad feedback for you so your image in rmg will be spoil please suggest what best i can do

RMG doesn't give a flying fkuc about your image, you are just a task they want to complete. If you stop working, PIP via HR is the actual path he needs to initiate.
Bullshit ask him to do and counter your argument in feedback
They said rmg is full pack there is no space and if you are intentionally not doing the task in a correct manner then its a problem for you
Same thing happened with me. 5 to 6 times i asked to mh manager for release but he denied. After that i spoke to his head personally in March and after few months he told i will give you in Jul end.and that time he again denied to release. I was on call with him for half an hour and i told him to keep Hr and all the heads and drop an email when you are going to release. After that he moved me into another project but under his mangement only. Now he is told after this project completion j will give release but i am damn sure he will play the same game again.
