Project Release
How easy or difficult it is to get release from the current project?? Have been trying since long... Sometimes I feel, switch marna easy h.. Any tips or suggestions

They will release you only when they feel you are no longer useful to the project.
Getting an offer and resigning is easier than getting a release.
Either that,
or annoy your manager and team, get a bad name, dont be available, dont be productive. Give lame reasons. Take unplanned leaves often.
