Hi everyone,
I asked my manager for project relase after my medical leave due to heavy pressure and work I am unable to concentrate on my health, but he is denying and telling if I am not work in project he will put me in PIP and asked me to send mail to HR for project release. After sending mail to HR I stopped attending meetings in team. I am very much afraid of this. Anyone please suggest me how to handle this situation.

If your total experience is atleast 3 years , put down the papers and start preparing for switch to some good company that have better work culture than Infosys and also good salary
No need to worry of Manager it’s a genuine case of medial urgency with you just put papers with same reason and contact HR for early release.
