Project release
I am working in Ultimatix unit same project from 2 years Although it's Java Fullstack there.But because of Poor management,I want to get release and join new project or new company. But I have seen recently..Manager don't give you release here even after you resign. How to approach this problem and get release smoothly?

I got released when I did bare minimum amount of work. I asked manager too many questions about any task and gave less output. I acted dumb and dumber. He got tired. He released me.

How are internal projects in TCS? I was thinking to join them because of less work pressure... Is it true that they have less work pressure?
