Stop working , overpromise & under deliver, and they will kick you out of the project, there is no other way

But I heard we can't change the project until 18months

You cant, they will have to if you stop behaving as per their expectations

Stop working, dont answer their mesages and calls...they themselves will release from the project after having some arguments

Won't it effect for my future journey in Infosys..and future projects

No, lower your working standards...they themselves will release you citing that resourse is not required and you will come on bench and then again remapped to another project.

Talking about implications...many have done this but I am not guaranteeing you something but this is the best way out there.

If we stop doing working in project and don't give response to them. Will they give us underperformer rating and then give release from the project or they will tell these things to HR and After this HR can take actions accordingly . Also he can terminate due to this behaviour??
