My home manager informed me I will be released from project on Monday. I have been in the project since Nov 2022. I heard there's an ageing period where I have 45 days to get a new project or leave the company. Can somebody guide me on this? I have been a "database developer" for the last two years. I have been looking for jobs in data science tho. Any help is appreciated

You may not get project of your desire so please give interview outside and they may send you home after 2months from the date you are released, try to get job do not depend on cts internal hir6
