Drop detailed mail to manager and team lead mentioning the reason to leave project. Be honest and be consistent and firm to show your desire to leave the project 🙂😉

Awarded with C band despite of working hard and RTO compliance. Now my manager is asking me to work, not releasing me from the project and team lead is mailing my manager that I am not working due to which project is impacted. I have clearly asked for release but manager is not responding me back. How to escalate this to HR?? Will it impact in future?

Try to work bare minimum so that they can’t escalate neither deadlines are met if you are involved in any task…eventually they will release you also talk to your manager supervisor if he spares time for you and say that client doesn’t want you there so its good for project to release you

Show off that you’re not interested at all in different ways!!! Saying this because I understand how difficult it can get if you want to work with a team that you no longer interested
Also, what kinda work you do @TruePoor5?

Hr will also not do anything he will say ask your manager. I have been asking for a release since 1 year but until they find your replacement they will not release you

Yes, as per my manager I am a critical asset for project but on other side They awarded me with a C band

If you are not getting released from the project try getting release from company.

I have been asking for release since long time and stopped attending standup calls and doing nothing still they are not giving me release just keeping me idle

I did same for 2-3 days. Manager told me not to fill timesheet on project WON/SWON despite the fact that I can fill timesheet only in allocated WON. I was surprised with these words and laughed a lot
