Trending @Accenture; Project Release

My project has too much work pressure, extra working hours, and late-night meetings. The onshore team is not supportive, and our manager is also very toxic. How can I get released from the project?

  1. Prepare a strong one pager cv for Accenture
  2. Start talking to people outside your project. Try to get access to managers within your industry. Be shameless and ping everyone asking if they have a relevant opening within their team and say that you can get released soon from your current project.
  3. Give project interviews internally, secure a project
  4. Once the new manager confirms that they'll take you in, then talk to your current manager that ask for an immediate release saying that there is a project ready to take me in.
  5. Rest of the process would be taken care of internally at managers level

Tip: don't take a release until you have a backup from another project. Bench people are not safe nowadays at Accenture.
