Hi I joined Infy in June 2021 and got a project the same year in October. 3 years later I feel stuck in the project since I am the only one retained by the client, the rest of the other guys working in the project have been released. It gets really hectic working alone on all tasks assigned. It affects my health too due to the work stress. How do I get a release?

Talk to your manager and demand a release. If they don't listen, escalate to higher authorities. Don't waste time on internal job postings or upskilling, just focus on getting out of the project.
