is there any chance to get released from one project to other by ourselves internally if we have already completed more than 18 months in a particular account?

You can , if the other project needs you . They can raise request to hire you with hr and you have placed a desire for IJP with the current hierarchy.

For that we would need apply for particular project. is it correct? and based on interview they can would have to raise request to get in their project.
