It’s being more than 2 weeks I still haven’t got any work in Alcon it’s still showing per- production while I talked with manager he is telling that it’s waiting for clients corfirmation, does it really take this much time? And I haven’t got anything to work on also, nor I have given any reference to the team where I will be working, only the account has been told. Any one faced this issue please do let me know.
I am in the same situation for 1 and half months without knowing with no work to do and what is the project we will be working on, i believe it depends on the requirements as well the project onboarding if it is a new project. I have seen people here lateral joiners posting that they are on the bench for more than 3 to 4 months.
why do you even worrry about all these, there are many things in background. you are allocated to account. there may be projects in pipeline that needs approval etc. just enjoy your days
Same with me already getting tasks assigned but no product code assigned by Alcon my manager just sent me a formal mail that you're allocated to this project that's it
