I was on bench until yesterday , and since we cant reject a project in infy , i acknowledged it . But i wasnt that much interested in it. Today i got another project call work seems better.
But the issue is this first project already mapped me and put me on pre production.
Is there any way to leave that project and go to another one ?????
Dont submit your profile to them without having a complete information about the project
U can reject it for 3 times You ll get the call from HR u have to tell why u have rejected it
Actually i already once rejected a first project so HR asked for justification and informed they will applu code of conduct if again i did that so yesterday i confirmed for second project and they put me on pre prod . But today i got call from third project with my nearest dc location.
But i dont want to join second pre prod project now and interested in nearest dc project . I dont know how to proceed.
Talk to those people from second project they can get you released.
Talk with your manager about the situation - What is making you feel misaligned. Maybe, Manager would help you out or he/she might release you which would be a better situation than you rejecting a project in any case. Sometimes there is a tough situation where managers won't allow you to leave, but, if someone can accommodate your place, it can work for you!
