Hi guys!!
Its been 7months in in project and I have no work to do except to keep my teams available. I asked my TL and manager to give me access but they keep on giving excuses like ur freshers, u need to complete more months, u keep learning thats is the meaning of IT,etc
Im in a database admin project.... Im learning skills outside so that i can switch. Can somebody tell is there any other solution to this !!
Plz do tell things r getting frustating day by day !!
Up skills do not waste time close with senior rather than tl and manager to learn or shadow never ever expect from manager and tl something to useful they will use you , to know about work keep with seniors but mostly tl and manager like that there r rare gems tl will allow to learn some instead you keep you ideal I am also 3 months ideal don't know what going on but finally they come up with I did not learn anything but thing is there is no proper procedure here in Accenture even though most of interns doing their intership in Accenture casual they did not doing anything they step in to inter and spending some time for shityy talks rather than wasting time keep asking nd question what you you really need to learn rather keeping ideal as most of in Accenture projects are support you will not have greater exposure if you want to deep dive into tech , even managers not involving the people to learn mostly this what happening in Accenture most of projects
