Project rejection mail from Accenture after bgv documents sent

I cleared all rounds and uploaded doc and end got mail from project team as not proceeding so am i rejected from Accenture offer as well any one faced same issue after clearing all interview rounds 😕 but why they are checking with project without giving offer.
