Project rejection after clearing interview @Accenture

I applied to Accenture three weeks ago and completed all three rounds, including the assessment. My managerial round on Saturday went very well, and the recruiter confirmed today that I had cleared it and would receive a document-upload email. However, when I checked the portal, my application showed as inactive. After reaching out, the recruiter informed me that it was a "project rejection".🙂
