Can anyone please tell how many projects we can reject when we are in bench
If you're a new joinee, just be careful about rejecting without a really valid reason. They can terminate you citing the project rejection clause, since you're a newbie. It's expected to accept whatever is thrown at you. Once you're confirmed, you can take a bit more risk to reject. Tbh, it really depends on the unit and manager.
I have 4years of experience in infosys. I have interested to work on data analytics projects but they are trying to map into testing project. That’s why I’m rejecting with skill mismatch
Just don't clear client interview
Technically, per their rules you're not allowed to reject. But since you are experienced and technical mismatch is there you shouldn't accept those projects. It will just dilute your career in a bad way. Talk to your manager and TPD as well. Hoping they would understand. But yeah more than 2-3 projects refusal and that's grounds for firing (I guess even 1 is as per their policies but 2-3 refusals would be a stronger reason)
