Can a manager put project refusal for not clearing the interview..As of my understanding project refusal happens when an employee is refusing a project..What to do with the manager who is repeatedly sending Project refusal?..Where to report this harassment in Infosys?
This is the trick being used to make candidate threatened
C*****e manager baitha rakhein hai. Jinhe basic refusal word ka matlab nahi samajh aa rha.
Let me tell you something, even if you fail a project interview be it intentionally or unintentionally, they will map you. If you fail a client interview, then only that is considered as a proper failure.
However, in both cases when you fail, the manager will keep you in their unit until you are mapped to a project.
And, failing a project interview doesn't mean project refusal. If you directly decline the project then that is considered as a project refusal.
