Hello guys Due to the project ramp down and budget I'm getting released soon from the current project, they have asked me to share your updated profile, so we will look for other projects for you, so what should I do, should I wait for another project or start searching outside as well? You should do both actually. Once you are on bench they can release you immediately so you can get better opportunities outside.
