Project Pre-Allocation

I recently joined TCS and completed my ILP training in Java path. In the second or third week i got a call from some manager saying that I'm pre-mapped in some unit and they have this project and asked for my consent. As it was a SAP project, I denied as it does not include any programming. Again they called us one week back and said that you have no choice, you have to say yes. I asked my ILP HR and manager and they said if you are already pre mapped then they cannot do anything. What should I do in this condition? Should I go with this project or fight back? Does SAP have any future scope?

Bro, just go with the SAP project. It's better to get some experience rather than sitting idle. SAP has a good future scope, and you can always switch later. Don't waste time fighting back.

SAP is a great platform to learn and get experienced with , numerous opportunities are out there in market …. If you doubt just go to other company career portals and search for SAP …. All the best

U can also check the details of project in enterprise search….what all other technology its working other than SAP, its support or development or region….through u may have onsite aspirations and also if you have interest in some other technology mention you can switch internally as well. Thanks :)
