Hi all yesterday I saw opening in jobgateway portal for developer of my own stream SAP ABAP I ping and mail project poc they’re not responding even they’ve seen my text also no response
Stack - SAP Abap Development Loc - Bengaluru 0-2 year experience Tech_SAP Fresher eligible Role - Application Developer Level - L12 Market - Americas Market
Why are they not responding at least they can respond right as no such requirement as of now why giving hope which I already lost from last 3 month
Internal projects no one will respond even hr and poc...it is same across Accenture

Jobsgateway is of no use..I've tried lot of times..no one responds
These HR, PMO and training related POCs specially lady is POC. They never respond back.
Their skin is that much thik never brother to anything.
I wish Accenture must fire these useless peoples first and keep hold of technical peoples in there place.
Whether you ping daily, email, escalate do whatever you want.
Accenture really took a hit with changing business way of working and these diversity promotions happened previously is also big hit of Accenture loss.
I am reporting and working these people even they not skilled enough to be senior . I see them in AM post.
Just they login in the morning and attend calls and no actual work. Just update taking which leads can do or senior can do.
