Hi

I want to move from Java and plsql developer to cloud role can anyone suggest me how I can move in tcs.

Check if you any cloud roles in your project. If yes ask your manager to assign work there. If you don't have cloud role in your project, explain the scenario and ask him to release you from project.

If they give me release then how I can find cloud projects

You'll be moved to rmg category, they will ask you to mention primary, secondary and aspirations skills, in aspiration you can fill cloud. Before doing this, make sure you have enough knowledge in cloud.
