Project not approving Separation request

It's been almost a month to my resignation and the separation request was raised by my manager . The HR has approved but the delevery manager is not approving the workflow req . I dropped a couple of mails and HR also dropped him a mail to approve but he has still not approved. What to do in this case as my resignation is still not approved even after 1 month.
