In my current project, which is about to transition to another vendor, my senior leader (client partner from the US) has advised me to explore any interesting opportunities that I may find suitable. Alternatively, he mentioned that he could take me along into a new project once he secures one. Given this situation, I’m unsure whether I should rely on this assurance and wait patiently, or proactively look for other opportunities. I would appreciate your advice.
