Trending @Infosys; Project Mapping not working
When I was mapped to a project for ENGNE unit my unit was not transferred to ENGNE. Now my manager is trying to raise my name for promotions , she is not able to do that. Also when she is trying to map me on other project for ENGNE unit, they are not able to do. My project is going to end on 31st of March . I need to know
Why my unit transferred had not happened but got mapped to the project? Why my manager is not able to map me to any project now?
Whoever you are calling as your manager is then really not your manager he is just the project lead. He never moved you to his unit. The revenue must be going to your old unit not engne. Your orginal unit may have never parted ways with you. Find it strange that your manager is acting as he doesn’t know about all this. Either she is very new to infosys or she is taking you for a ride
