When a project is allocated, we receive a mail from TMS in which the auto release date is mentioned. What does this auto release date mean ?

if interviewer doesn’t take any action on that demand till release date u will get auto release from that respective demand and free for any other opportunity

What if I got an accepted mail as well but by allocation is still bench, is there any possibility that I'll get released

If you are accepted then you won't be released, usually it takes time for your allocation to get reflected that might be the reason its still showing on bench..
