Project Manager with 9 years of experience looking for suggestions and assistance.

I have completed 9 years in total with 5 years in PwC India working in Kolkata. My skills are SQL, Business Analytics, SAP Data migration , Agile project management and scrum master. I am presently getting around 12 lpa and senior associate . Am I getting underpaid and how can I switch ? Which portals work best or if some could help with referrals... Any help would be appreciated
