Project Manager to Creative Manager?

Hi peeps, I'm currently working as a Project manager in Real estate and I've completed Bachelor's in Architecture a couple of years back.

Currently pursuing PMP Certification.

Is there any way/advice for if I want to switch to being a Creative Manager in the creative field or product management role for a design/architecture firm?
