18 LPA isn’t bad, but u should aim for 20-22 LPA if possible. If u’ve got PMP certs, u def deserve that premium!

Check out companies like Amex, Fidelity. They pay PMs a lot better than the average company, and if you can get your foot in the door with one of them, you’ll be laughing.
