Project Management Certification

Hi folks,

Could you guys help here? I am certified scrum Master,Safe Agilist 6.0, been working as Scrum Master and using Agile frameworks for around 6 years now, I am trying to strengthen my management skills at program level,so for this what would be right certification? I am oscillating between project management certifications to get idea about billing, infrastructure, cost management etc or like should I take RTE - Release Train Engineer? I am really having second thoughts about RTE since i already hae Safe agilist but expecting wide approach?
