Project Issue

I have been released from my client side but my tcs project team has hold me in that WON and not releasing me to poll.I dnt have any work but still being allocated to project non billable WON. Is it going to affect me in long run?

Doing some courses and sending them mails for release as I need transfer once I got release then only I can try for transfer
