Do Accenture have project in upcoming month ? For fresher L12 sap abap
I got call but unfortunately they can’t lock me coz of entry level pool status and I lost the opportunity of getting project
they were simply playing with me continuously shifting me from bench to pool to bench over 5 months
Just not providing project over last 5 month continuously shifting from market to market from bench to pool
I can’t even settle anywhere i am stuck in pg and going to office only once a week
If I ask someone for project they can’t take or even replying me for once at least reject also that should reply me
During that time also didn’t got project
Will Accenture is having project in July or Aug will I get project in upcoming month ??? Anyone knows this please clarify please please

I think it's all luck based. I joined in March 2024 at L12, got about 4-5 project calls in June and got randomly hard locked to SAP ABAP project

In your project I have joined on Sep 30 24 completed training in Jan and didn’t got even a single call they’re continuously shifting bench to pool to bench from last 5 months after 5 month I got call but that team central team put me again in central training or entry level pool
2024 Unfortunately in my project, there's no vacancy for ABAP. One of my friend was in your situation till last month. He used to reach out to managers from Jobs Gateway and got a project after about 6 months
