Trending @Cognizant; Project is marked non billable for march in view assignment

I was filling my timesheet billable from Jan 2025 to Feb 2025 , suddenly now they are asking me to submit timesheet as non billable, will it interfere in my promotion from PA to A. I joined from July 2022.
